We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Job Purpose:- To ensure the best possible interaction with current and prospective customers while executing the sales and marketing strategic plan, in accordance with the group’s policies and procedures and sustainably increase the sales across the territory.Generic Duties of the Position:Sets deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans and communicate them to subordinates.Organizes workflow and ensures that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesUtilizes sales techniques to actively acquire and manage customers and prospects in a geographic territory.Analyzes and builds knowledge of the assigned territory to determine strategies and the best use of resources to increase market share and build demand. Provides management with market information, feedback on product performance needs, sales and marketing ideas and inventory projections. Manages the group inventory and district’s allocations to maximize sales, customer success, and long-term goals. Evaluates employee’s performance based on his/her contribution in meeting the overall expectations of the trading Department and group’s expectations in relation to the overall Company’s strategic plan. promotes and sells goods and commodities within the designated territory or as directed by management. Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in value and/or in specified units. Develops new business and interacts with the other members of the marketing division to foster growth.• Produces a territory business plan that forms the basis of customer-facing activity and focusses targeting of new accounts in order to expand and develop the business.Provides consultation and guidance regarding customers’ applications, ensuring correct products are provided to meet needs and exceed expectations in line with group aspirations.Assigns sales territories and quotas to sales units and representatives.Ensures sales personnel adhere to company policies, rules, and regulation.Develops and implements standards for productivity, customer service, and quality of serviceConducts sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market for a product/serviceContacts customers via calls, emails, and arranged meetings to secure sales deals and contract.Builds and maintains a good working relationship with customers to create an atmosphere that fosters sales.Monitors the performance of sales employees and provides the necessary guidance to improve efficiency.Motivates and supports sales teams to achieve set goals/targets.Presents periodic reports to the department Manager with regards to direct sales operations.Carries out research to identify new sales opportunities.Participates in exhibitions, open houses and trade events in the assigned area and to support the rest of the sales team as ...
