Group Conference & Events Sales Executive

About the Role

As a Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive at Hilton Addis Ababa, you will maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. You will interact frequently with guests and customers to earn repeat and expanded business, performing all tasks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the team
• Manage events schedules to maximize yield
• Focus on consistently executed up-selling approaches
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
• Ensure complete administration and execution of all planned events
• Participate in hotel promotional activities
