About the Role
As a Graduate Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales within the construction sector. This role is designed to develop future sales talent by providing exposure to technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, market research, and field sales operations.
Candidates who demonstrate strong potential during the internship contract will be given the opportunity to transition to permanent employment with our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting new customers, including contractors, distributors, and retail stores
- Support in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Participate in site visits and customer meetings alongside senior sales staff
- Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Master the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of the company's construction chemical products
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations and trials for potential clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person under supervision
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team in closing deals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Support inventory coordination with the logistics team when required
