Position Overview

The Mobile GBV Response Team is established to deliver integrated, survivor-centered, and confidential services to individuals affected by gender-based violence in hard-to-reach and underserved areas. The team, composed of legal, health, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), and GBV case management professionals, ensures timely access to medical care, psychosocial support, legal assistance, and safe case management services, promoting survivor safety, dignity, and access to justice in humanitarian and emergency settings.

Position Details

• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Employment Type: Four-month contract with possibility of extension based on fund availability
• Reports to: GBV Project Manager & Senior Program Manager
• Supervises: MHPSS Officers, Case Management Officers, Health Officers, and Legal Support Officers

Key Areas of Accountability

Project Leadership & Management

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated GBV prevention and response activities
• Develop project strategies and operational frameworks for mobile GBV service delivery
