Fuel Station Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Fuel Station Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily fuel station operations that serve company-owned vehicles and staff. The role focuses on fuel control, safety compliance, inventory monitoring, staff supervision, and accurate reporting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fuel station operations for company vehicles
• Monitor fuel receiving, storage, issuing, and recording processes
• Ensure accurate fuel consumption tracking and proper documentation
• Supervise fuel attendants and ensure adherence to duty schedules
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
• Conduct daily fuel stock checks and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fuel utilization reports
• Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of fuel pumps and station equipment
• Coordinate with fleet, logistics, and maintenance teams
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Ensure inventory reserves, including obsolescence, are properly recorded, reviewed, and reflective of the company's current inventory state
• Perform periodic process audits and review of inventory-related controls to ensure proper management and reconciliation of inventory, including cycle counts
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
