About the Position

We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our showroom team at WMG Biomedical Engineering PLC in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
• Prepare official letters, quotations, and basic correspondence
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments
• Manage appointments and customer records
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and organization
