Role OverviewCabby is seeking a highly disciplined and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage all fleet operations across Addis Ababa.This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the company’s vehicles, including daily deployment, preventive and corrective maintenance, driver compliance, asset protection, regulatory documentation, and operational reporting.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both field and office presence. The Fleet Manager must be able to drive company vehicles, conduct inspections, respond to incidents, and enforce strict operational standards.Core Responsibilities• Oversee daily deployment and operational readiness of all vehicles• Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, charging/fuel usage, and performance• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules• Coordinate repairs, negotiate service costs, and control maintenance expenses• Conduct regular physical vehicle inspections• Supervise driver compliance and enforce company vehicle policies• Investigate misuse, negligence, or operational violations• Oversee accident reporting and incident documentation• Ensure all vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, permits) is current• Maintain organized fleet records and maintenance history• Prepare weekly and monthly fleet performance reports• Support fleet expansion and onboarding of new vehicles
