Finance Division Head

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Division Head to lead and manage all financial operations for the organization. This senior finance leadership position requires overseeing critical finance functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and billing processes
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with company objectives and goals
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively to optimize liquidity
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls, ensure tax compliance, and maintain audit readiness
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives or growth strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while enforcing governance policies and best practices
• Advise senior management on investments, financial risks, and profitability matters
• Safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity through proper systems and controls
• Liaise with executives, banking partners, and external auditors on financial matters

Required Profile

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
• Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies and manage budgets
• Experience with cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Knowledge of tax compliance and internal audit procedures
