## Title: Finance and Administration Officer
About the Role
Alazar Mamo Construction Company is seeking qualified applicants for a Finance and Administration position based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and controlling the budget
- Recording and maintaining income and expense records
- Processing payments including salary, supplier payments, and taxes
- Managing bank relationships and performing bank reconciliation
- Preparing financial reports (monthly and annual)
- Following up on tax payments and legal obligations
- Supporting internal audit activities
- Coordinating overall office operations
- Managing files and document control
- Following up on procurement processes
- Maintaining and controlling asset records
- Managing employee documentation and providing HR support
- Organizing meetings and handling logistics
- Managing communication and relationships with external stakeholders
