Position Overview

The Field Level Project Coordinator will oversee the daily implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the project. The coordinator will ensure that all activities are carried out according to the project design, humanitarian standards (Sphere, Shelter/NFI, Gender), and donor requirements. The role includes directly supervising field staff, working with local stakeholders, and ensuring an integrated, gender-sensitive, and participatory approach across three IDP sites.

Project Implementation & Coordination

• Lead field-level planning, coordination, and execution of project activities in line with the approved project proposal, work plan, and partnership agreements
• Supervise and support field teams in the delivery of household item packages, dignity kits, cash for shelter, and the construction of communal women's safe spaces
