About the Role

The Daily Cashier plays a crucial role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping within the Accounting and Finance department. This position works in an office environment and requires strong time management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain and update financial records and reports
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation and ensure all transactions are accounted for
• Assist in managing invoices and billing processes
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding payment inquiries
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies to management
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service while handling cash-related queries

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong time management skills
