Creative Director & Copywriter

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Creative Director & Copywriter to lead our creative vision and craft compelling copy for marketing, branding, and digital content. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on content creation, requiring someone who can balance both visionary thinking and practical creative execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the creative direction for all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives
• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create compelling written content including copy for campaigns, advertisements, and digital platforms
• Manage and mentor the creative team to maintain high-quality output
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
• Review and refine creative concepts to ensure they meet brand standards and campaign goals

Required Profile

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role in creative departments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting and creative direction across multiple channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into creative concepts
• Experience in marketing, branding, and digital content development
