Civil Engineer

About the Role

Bellevue Hotel and Spa is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee civil and structural projects from design through completion. You will be responsible for ensuring all work meets high technical and professional standards while managing multiple aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
• Perform civil and structural design, create technical drawings, and conduct calculations
• Supervise site work and ensure execution complies with drawings and specifications
• Conduct quantity take-offs, material estimations, and cost control
• Verify contractor measurements and review progress claims
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project quality, safety standards, and schedules
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation
• Identify and resolve site and design-related technical issues

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in civil and structural design
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Demonstrated site supervision and project management experience
• Ability to manage projects from design stage through execution and completion
• Technical proficiency in civil engineering calculations and drawings
• Experience with quality assurance and safety management
