Position Overview

We are inviting competent and qualified candidates to fill Branch Manager positions in our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control overall operational and support activities of an assigned branch with low volume of operations
• Review business and financial background of loan and guarantee applicants
• Approve loans within authorized limits
• Authorize disbursement of approved loans
• Ensure effective follow-up with clients and timely collection of loans
• Mobilize deposits to establish and maintain reliable liquidity position for the branch
• Undertake business development and marketing activities to attract new customers
