## Title: B2B Division Head

Position Overview

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of B2B Division Head at EBYes Furniture. This is a full-time, senior-level role based in Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual revenue growth and client acquisition targets
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business development reports to the Managing Partner
  • Drive B2B sales revenue growth and expand the corporate client base
  • Ensure project completion rates meet on-time delivery standards
  • Maintain and improve client retention rates
  • Maximize profit margins on B2B contracts
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts and clients
  • Develop cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • B2B sales revenue growth
  • Number of new corporate accounts opened
  • Project completion rate (on-time delivery)
  • Client retention rate
  • Profit margin on B2B contracts
  • Annual revenue growth percentage
  • Number of new clients secured per year
  • Cross-selling revenue achieved

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Senior-level career experience (5-8 years)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
