Job Summary

The Attorney, Shariah & Legal Research and Advisory will conduct legal and Shariah research, review various legal documents for proper legal and Shariah terminologies, and participate in reviewing legal issues for new Islamic Finance Banking (IFB) products and services launched by the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal and Shariah research
Review legal documents for proper legal and Shariah terminologies
Review legal issues for new IFB products and services
Provide legal advisory services for the IFB wing of the Bank
Prepare cases including pleadings, defenses, and petitions related to IFB window services
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, approved policies, procedures, guidelines, SAC fatwas, and Islamic financial principles
