Company Overview

Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., previously known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a privately owned company located in Addis Ababa in the Akaki Kality Industrial Zone area. The company traces its origins back to a small automotive parts dealership operating in Addis Ababa in the late 1960s.

From 1975 to 1979, Kadisco served as the sole distributor for Sadoline Paints before being registered as the sole manufacturer of adhesives and glue. The company has since developed into a diversified paint manufacturer serving construction, industrial, and automotive sectors.

In February 2015, Asian Paints Ltd and Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry SC formed a joint venture known as Kadisco Asian Paints. Asian Paints is India's leading paint company and Asia's second largest, with a group turnover of USD 2.7 billion. The group operates in 19 countries with 26 paint manufacturing facilities worldwide, servicing consumers in over 65 countries.

Today, the company produces a full range of paints for construction, industrial, and automotive sectors, as well as wood and concrete lacquers and adhesives for the wood and leather industries.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager - Project Sales & Field Readiness is responsible for driving project-based sales, strengthening field capability, and leading marketing and activation initiatives that support business growth. The role combines strategic project sales leadership with robust marketing execution to enhance product adoption, field readiness, and influencer engagement.
