Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Ensure that the financial statements and the Company accounts are recorded accurately and make the necessary adjustments;Prepare account reports by closing the Company's annual account;Prepare various reports such as financial statements, monthly receivable and payable reports etc. to be presented to the Finance Manager;Present the account balances of the revenues and expenses to Finance Manager in order to take appropriate and possible action for collection and payments;Provide all necessary documents and information that can be used for the audit of the financial reports;Liaise with the appropriate tax authorities for any new updates on the tax laws;Ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable tax laws.Maintain tax proclamations, regulations, directives and circulars applicable to the Company in hard copy and soft copy as appropriate;Follow up any outstanding issues in tax matters with the tax authority and keep the management update;Liaise with internal auditors and assist external auditors as required;Effectively supervise the performance of subordinate staff and complete their appraisals in a timely manner;
