Job Title:    Account Executive Reports to    Business Development Manager  Job PurposeActs as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring service delivery, client satisfaction, and account growth. Supports renewals and long-term client retention.Key Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks Key Responsibilities:A.     Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts.B.     Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and SLAs.C.    Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for smooth execution.D.    Track account performance and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.E.    Prepare account performance reports and relay client feedback to management.F.    Track billing, collections, and contract renewals for client accounts.G.    Conduct periodic client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.H.    Align client needs with internal product/service roadmaps.I.    Assist in onboarding and training clients on new solutions.
