## Title: Sales and Marketing Intern

Position Overview

The Institute of Environmental Assessment (IOEA) is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for an internship program in Sales and Marketing based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organization's sales strategy
Achieve set sales targets
Develop and execute marketing campaigns
Lead and implement all marketing and promotional activities
Monitor marketing and promotional performance and provide recommendations to enhance results
Develop all external communication materials and documents
Prepare marketing and promotional materials
Implement both traditional and digital media campaigns
Develop content, maintain, and periodically update the organization's website
Complete ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated desire to learn new marketing strategies and stay current with industry trends
