Position Information
Title: USAID Program Management Assistant - FSN/08
Location: Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso

Basic Functions
The incumbent is responsible for managing and coordinating all USAID-related administrative operations in the Burkina Faso Country Office. Key responsibilities include:
- Filing and document management
- Procurement coordination
- Coordination of personnel matters
- Implementation of administrative policies and procedures
- Arranging logistics for meetings and conferences
- Property inventory management
- Activity performance monitoring
- Tracking fiscal year budgets
- Program management tasks in collaboration with the Country Representative, Development Assistance Specialist, and Technical Team Leaders

This position is open to all Burkina Faso nationals and those eligible for permanent residence and authorization to work in Burkina Faso.
