Position Summary
The Country Manager for Niger & Burkina Faso combines high-level program management, business development leadership, and official representation responsibilities. Given the scale of the country mission, the Country Manager will directly oversee program strategy, implementation, and quality, while also serving as the primary representative of Mercy Corps in both countries. This role requires a dynamic leader who can provide strategic vision and drive organizational excellence.
