Position Overview

HIPH Campus is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal to lead the daily academic and administrative operations of our campus. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative functions of the campus
• Ensure the delivery of effective teaching across all programmes
• Maintain high standards of learner discipline and conduct
• Manage reporting processes and ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Uphold operational discipline and institutional efficiency

Reporting Line

The Principal will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and the Group CEO.
