## Title: Principal

Position Overview

HIPH Campus is seeking a qualified and experienced Principal to lead the daily academic and administrative operations of our campus. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager and Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative functions of the campus
Ensure the delivery of effective teaching across all programmes
Maintain high standards of learner discipline and conduct
Manage reporting processes and ensure accurate, timely documentation
Uphold operational discipline and institutional efficiency

Reporting Line

The Principal will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and the Group CEO.
