This role is essential for overseeing the company's facilities, assets, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to guarantee that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively, while ensuring that company facilities and assets are properly maintained and operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of company facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and functional working environment
• Oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary requirements
• Maintain accurate records of company assets and oversee their proper usage and lifecycle management
• Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with organizational procurement procedures and relevant regulations
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contracts
• Liaise with internal departments to anticipate and fulfill procurement and facility-related needs

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in facilities management and procurement, ideally within a corporate or security services environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of asset management and inventory control practices
• A relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline is advantageous
