Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate trainee to join our technical team. Working under the direct supervision of the Radio Technician, the successful candidate will provide essential support in the installation and maintenance of radio equipment, ensuring all systems operate in line with company standards and support uninterrupted production and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of radio equipment in accordance with organizational specifications and safety guidelines.
• Support the Radio Technician in routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Help diagnose and resolve technical issues related to radio systems to minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities as directed.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A relevant degree, diploma, or certification in electronics, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in radio communications technology and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Basic understanding of radio frequency systems, electronic circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical capability to handle equipment installation tasks when required.
