About the Role
Join a leading organization as a Fibre Sales Representative based in Port Elizabeth. In this position, you will report to the Sales Manager / Head of Division and be responsible for driving sales of our fibre and business internet products through active prospecting and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct cold calling on businesses and residential customers
- Perform desktop feasibility assessments for customer connectivity (Fibre, Wireless, LTE, Satellite)
- Assess customer connectivity requirements and provide tailored quotes
- Arrange site surveys where required
- Process customer orders and ensure timely booking and processing
- Process upgrade requests and contact current customers to upsell additional services
- Manage active leads and follow-up activities
- Conduct brand activations and assist with marketing events
- Drive in-store sales through regular store visits
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales within the Information Technology industry
- Experience in FTTH or Business Internet Sales is advantageous

- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong product knowledge
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Previous cellular or sales experience preferred
