Role Overview
The Inventory Controller is a key operational role responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all inventories across Fish, Fuel, Feeds, and Consumables. The role ensures efficient inventory movement within the ERP system, timely reconciliations, and robust controls that protect company assets against wastage, theft, and fraud. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who collaborates closely with Finance and Procurement teams to deliver reliable inventory data that supports accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement inventory controls to prevent wastage, theft, and fraud
- Ensure efficient movement of inventory in the ERP system (Fish, Fuel, Feeds, Consumables), including timely creation of purchase receipts, posting of material transfers, and material issues
- Ensure timely posting of inventory purchases and filing of related supporting documentation
