Position Overview
AbenGlobal, a leading courier company in Ghana, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Staff member to join our team. The Field Staff will play a crucial role in supporting our operations during the second shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays).
This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will assist in call center resolutions, handle package sorting, dispatch riders efficiently, and perform data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations during the second shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Provide support to the call center team by assisting in resolving customer and rider queries and issues effectively
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling deliveries
- Coordinate and dispatch riders with packages, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules
- Accurately input and manage data related to package handling and delivery into the company's databases
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within logistics, eCommerce, consulting, IT, banking, or accounting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, riders, and customers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Second Shift: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
