Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent, self-motivated, and innovative Compliance Officer to join our team. Working under the supervision of the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for ensuring the fund's compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the Board on policies and procedures necessary to comply with regulatory requirements applicable to the fund
• Ensure the fund notifies the Commission of all changes in licensing particulars
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing the Board's strategy and policies
• Ensure all relevant persons (employees, agents, and stakeholders) are aware of regulatory requirements
• Report material breaches to the Board
• Report any disciplinary action taken by the Commission against the fund to the Board
• Report to the Board the results of any inspections or investigations conducted by the Commission
• Provide annual reports to the Board on the adequacy of internal controls in mitigating risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing the Board's strategy and policies
