Project Overview

As part of Kigali's public transport modernization agenda, Ecofleet is implementing a phased electrification programme. This transition requires the deployment of:

• Reliable, large-scale charging infrastructure
• Purpose-built electric bus depots
• Facilities capable of supporting high-capacity electric bus fleets across the city

Partnership Opportunity

Ecofleet invites qualified investors and land-owning entities to partner in the development of electric bus charging depots and infrastructure to support electric bus operations in Kigali under a long-term structured partnership arrangement.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all eligible firms that meet the requirements specified in the tender documents.
