Project Overview
As part of Kigali's public transport modernization agenda, Ecofleet is implementing a phased electrification programme. This transition requires the deployment of:
- Reliable, large-scale charging infrastructure
- Purpose-built electric bus depots
- Facilities capable of supporting high-capacity electric bus fleets across the city
Partnership Opportunity
Ecofleet invites qualified investors and land-owning entities to partner in the development of electric bus charging depots and infrastructure to support electric bus operations in Kigali under a long-term structured partnership arrangement.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all eligible firms that meet the requirements specified in the tender documents.

Bids must be submitted electronically, clearly indicating the tender reference number and title "ECF-EVCH-INV-TND-2026-003 INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FOR ELECTRIC BUS CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE" in the subject line.
