Livestock Purchase and Fattening Services

Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the Project Office RW0733 EAR MPANDA located in Mpanda Parish.

Document Procurement

• Cost of bidding documents: FRW 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs)
• Payment must be made to EAR PAROISSE MPANDA account and proof of payment (bordereau) must be retained
• Bidders should submit a written request to the Project Management office with proof of payment to receive the bidding documents

Bid Submission Requirements

• All bid proposals must be sealed with a security envelope
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the Project Office RW0733 EAR MPANDA
• Copies of submissions should also be provided as required
