The EAR Paruwase Mpanda Parish, under Project RW0733, invites qualified and experienced individuals to submit bids for the following service:
Service Required
Livestock Purchase and Fattening Services
Interested bidders must obtain the bidding documents from the Project Office RW0733 EAR MPANDA located in Mpanda Parish.
Document Procurement
- Cost of bidding documents: FRW 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs)
- Payment must be made to EAR PAROISSE MPANDA account and proof of payment (bordereau) must be retained
- Bidders should submit a written request to the Project Management office with proof of payment to receive the bidding documents
Bid Submission Requirements
- All bid proposals must be sealed with a security envelope
- Sealed bids must be submitted to the Project Office RW0733 EAR MPANDA
- Copies of submissions should also be provided as required
