Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Property Practitioners to join our national team. This is a remote opportunity suited for individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and passionate about building a successful career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure residential and commercial property listings
• Obtain signed mandates from property owners
• Market properties across digital platforms and networks
• Manage buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Facilitate the signing of Offers to Purchase (OTP)
• Maintain client relationships throughout the transaction process
• Liaise with conveyancers and other stakeholders to close deals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations

Qualifying Requirements

• Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) or in the process of obtaining one
• Registered or eligible to register with the PPRA
• Strong sales and communication skills
