Position Overview
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting project implementation, coordination, and monitoring. You will work closely with the Project Officer, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure timely, effective, and impactful project delivery. This role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to motivate others while working independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and with guidance from project officer in identifying farmer groups and promote active participation of beneficiaries and intermediaries in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the project activities
- Provide basic training support for POCs on good farming (agroecological) practices
- Participate in coordination meetings on Livelihood and other areas, and submit reports and minutes of all representation meetings attended to the project officer
- Using participatory methods, identify and engage key stakeholders in promoting active community participation in responses to Livelihood initiatives
