## Title: Credit Officer

About the Role

Africente Microfinance Limited is hiring 3 Credit Officers for our Jinja office. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth in the microfinance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Appraise individual loan applications and assess client creditworthiness
Disburse loans and monitor loan performance
Manage collections and Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
Ensure timely repayments from clients
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Conduct regular fieldwork

Required Qualifications

Diploma in any business discipline
At least 1 year of experience working as a Credit Officer or in a similar role
Male candidate able to ride a motorcycle

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Marketing skills
Self-motivated and disciplined
Ability to work independently
Willing to conduct regular fieldwork
