Position Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a passionate and skilled MEAL Officer to join our mission. This is a full-time position based in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities
• Oversee project implementation to ensure successful achievement of objectives
• Lead knowledge management initiatives
• Support policy advocacy efforts
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience (minimum 12 years) in MEAL, project coordination, knowledge management, or policy advocacy
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluation
• Experience in knowledge management strategies
• Policy advocacy experience

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
