The Role

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Technical and Business Development Department. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. You will be involved in:

• Project Initiations: Assisting in identifying new business opportunities and conceptualizing project ideas
• Tenders & Bids: Supporting the preparation and submission of competitive tender documents and proposals
• Sales & Client Relations: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and presenting technical solutions
• Project Implementation: Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing engineering projects to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division academic standing
• Graduated not more than two (2) years ago
• Registered with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) as a Graduate Member
• Willing to work in any part of Uganda with flexibility for field work and site assignments
• Strong analytical skills
• Passionate about learning and professional development
