Lodge Operations Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to manage all operational aspects of the lodge. As Lodge Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Management

• Provide frequent and structured reporting to Company Directors on operational status
• Report on finance, staff performance, bookings, guest experience, and maintenance
• Establish reporting schedules on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in agreement with Directors

Hosting & Guest Experience

• Maintain visible presence throughout guests' stays, especially during key service moments
• Collaborate closely with the other Lodge Operations Manager
• Connect with and support guests to ensure excellent guest experience
• Conduct guest check-in and briefing procedures
• Handle guest questions and complaints (on-site and via email/messaging)

Maintenance

• Identify necessary maintenance needs and ensure prompt resolution
• Communicate directly with Company Directors regarding maintenance issues
• Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance, renovations, and construction projects
• Ensure lodge premises are well-maintained, clean, organized, and attractive
• Maintain alignment with the lodge's design concept and standards

Kitchen Operations

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Manage kitchen staff performance and conduct menu reviews
• Monitor inventory and control food costs while minimizing waste
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and consistent meal service

Security & Relations

• Oversee security operations and maintain positive external relations
