Position Overview

This is a full-time role as a Bancassurance Sales Officer based in Kampala. This position is crucial in driving sales and expanding our market reach through the bancassurance channel, working with banking partners to promote our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
• Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities within the financial services sector
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong understanding of the financial services sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• COP (Certificate of Proficiency) certification
• CIU (Chartered Insurance Underwriter) certification
