Position Overview

We are seeking a Bancassurance Sales Officer to join our growing organization. This role is crucial in driving sales and expanding our market reach through the bancassurance channel. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
Achieve assigned sales targets
Identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding of the financial services sector

Preferred Qualifications

COP (Certificate of Proficiency) certification
CIU (Chartered Insurance Underwriter) certification
