Position Overview

CNOOC Uganda Ltd is seeking a suitably experienced contractor for the procurement of trunking radios for production (walkie-talkies) and accessories during production operations.

Scope of Work

• Procure new trunking radios (walkie-talkies) and accessories
• Install trunking radios and dispatch software for the production team
• Maintain equipment under a framework contract

Minimum Requirements

• Valid registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector
• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
• Articles and Memorandum of Association
• Beneficial ownership forms from URSB
• Tax registration certificate
• Current and valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Current and valid NSSF clearance certificates
• For Joint Ventures: Joint Venture agreements approved by PAU (particularly between Ugandan and non-Ugandan companies)

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders shall submit documentation meeting the minimum requirements outlined above via the Company's system.

Additional Information

Expressions of Interest from suitable partnerships, consortiums, and joint ventures for the provision of the required services and/or equipment are encouraged. Preference shall be given to suitably qualified non-profit registered entities demonstrating commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

Companies bidding in partnerships, consortiums, or Joint Ventures shall submit consortium/framework documentation as part of their submission.
