T06:14:47+00:00 ICEA LION Life Assurance https://icealion.co.ug/ FULL_TIME   Kampala Kampala 00256 Uganda Finance Accounting & Finance, Sales & Retail, Advertising & Marketing UGX   MONTH T17:00:00+00:00     8 Department: Investment & Financial Advisory Reports To: Head of Investment/ Branch Manager Location: Kampala Job Purpose To provide professional financial advisory services by assessing clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable life insurance and investment solutions, and building long-term client relationships to achieve sustainable business growth for ICEA LION Life Assurance Company. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individuals, families, and corporate clients. Develop customized financial plans aligned with clients’ goals (protection, savings, investment, education, retirement). Present and explain life insurance, pension, and investment products offered by ICEA LION. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews and follow-ups. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory and company policies. Assist clients with policy servicing, claims guidance, and benefit explanations. Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes. Participate in training, sales meetings, and professional development programs. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or sales is an added advantage. Strong analytical and financial planning skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
