Executive Housekeeper

Position Overview

Nile International Hospital is expanding its team and seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeper to lead and oversee all housekeeping operations. This is a full-time position based in Jinja, Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping operations
• Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards throughout the facility
• Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive housekeeping or similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and equipment
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Management (preferred)
