## Title: Customer Relationship Officer

About the Role

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
  • Support sales and marketing teams with customer engagement initiatives
  • Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer issues professionally

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Sales support and client retention skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
