We are seeking to expand our team by recruiting a Bancassurance Sales Officer. This role is crucial in driving sales and expanding our market reach through strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
Position Overview
This is a full-time position based in Kampala offering a dynamic and challenging work environment within a reputable organization. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners
- Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel
- Achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- COP (Certificate of Proficiency)
- CIU (Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications)
