Position Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Cleaneats. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both customers and employees, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the shop has sufficient stock for sales; place orders for additional items as needed
• Conduct practical training for new and existing staff members
• Meet performance targets and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Perform daily stock taking at the shop
• Reconcile sales and electronic transactions at the end of each day
• Complete any other assigned tasks as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years of working experience in the food and hospitality industry, OR a Degree in Hospitality
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a supervisory or relevant role
• Passion for working in the food industry
• Ability to analyse and handle complex situations
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
