Role Overview
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain records and manage reservation systems
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
- Provide information about lodge facilities and local attractions
Required Skills & Qualities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality
- Knowledge of luxury service standards and etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 months relevant experience
