Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep and maintain patient records and statistics
• Take care of equipment in the unit/department and report any malfunctions
• Carry out occupational therapist duties under supervision
• Maintain records and provide written and verbal reports as required
• Maintain accurate records of services provided to patients
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university or institution
